摘要
研究了两段式可变气门升程技术的基本原理、应用现状,建立GT-Power发动机仿真模型进行性能模拟,分析大、小气门升程下发动机泵气损失、燃烧改善及其与EGR配合使用等对于发动机燃油经济性的影响,并对连续式气门升程技术的工程应用提出了展望。
Based on customer project and market requirement, physics theory of 2-stage VVL engine and its applications are researched. A GT-Power simulation model is founded to research the contribution to fuel economy with 2-stage VVL, especially on drag torque, burning efficiency and external EGR. Finally, the paper also prospects the application of continuous VVL in engineering.
