摘要
通过对某合成氨原料路线改造工程施工图硫回收工段中高温薄壁大直径管道的应力计算与分析,探讨了波纹补偿器在高温管系中的应用,对比了应用波纹补偿器的管道设计和进行自然补偿管道设计的应力计算结果,得出应用波纹补偿器管道的设计更合理、安全、可靠的结论。
Through the stress calculation and a nalysis of thin-walled pipe with a high temperature and a large diameter in the transport project of one ammonia synthesis raw material route, the application of bellow expansion joints in the high temperature pipe system is discussed. By comparing the results of pipe designs using bellow expansion joints with one complete natural compensation, this paper can draw a conclusions that the improved model using bellow expansion joints is more rational, safer and reliable.
