双相不锈钢带极电渣堆焊工艺比较及选用

摘要 文中叙述了带过渡层和不带过渡层两种形式的双相不锈钢带极电渣堆焊工艺评定的条件和过程,分析比较了试验结果,两者侧弯试验、化学成分、无损检测、硬度试验等指标差别不大,均合格,其焊接工艺均可行。得出了不带过渡层堆焊工艺是一种优点明显的新方法的结论。工程应用表明,其工艺性能稳定可靠。 In this paper,conditions and process of two forms of strip electroslag welding procedure qualification for duplex stainless steel with or without buttering layer were recounted. Analysize and compare the experimental results,both side bending test,chemical composition,nondestructive examination,hardness test and so on have not significant differences,all the indicators are qualified,the two welding process are feasible,obtaine that welding process without buttering layer surfacing is a new method of obvious advantages. The engineering application shows that its performance is stable and reliable.
