摘要
采用水培试验,利用CH2Cl2提取油菜幼苗的根系分泌物,通过干燥剂无水硫酸钠的不同处理后,用GC-MS检测鉴定其成分。结果表明,干燥剂过夜处理的根系分泌物检测基线漂移不大且比较平稳,干燥剂处理2h的根系分泌物检测基线在中后期漂移较大。通过GC/MS鉴定结果发现不同处理之间差别较大,鉴定出的根系分泌物主要包括烃类、醇类、酯类、酸类及其它化合物,且这些物质中大多数具有化感作用,对植物在逆境环境中的生长和发育有一定的影响。
In the water culture experiment ,rape seedlings root exudates were extracted by CH2Cl2 ,af-ter different desiccant treatments by anhydrous sodium sulfate ,the extract was detected and identified by GC-MS .The results showed that the root exudates baseline drift was small and stable with overnight des-iccant treatment ,while that was bigger with 2h desiccant treatment .The GC/MS detection results showed large differences between different treatments .The root exudates include hydrocarbons ,alcohols ,esters , acids and other compounds ,most of these substances have allelopathic effects ,w hich have some impact on the plant grow th and development in adversity .
