摘要
本文主要介绍带电粒子的恒动量加速方法,以及应用恒动量加速方法形成的多种质量分析器,在质谱分析检测方面有多种应用。带电粒子恒动量加速可以提高某些质量分析器的性能,也可以创造出新类型的质量分析器。本文介绍了6种应用方法:高分辨飞行时间质量分析器、扇形电场方向聚焦质量分析器、静电场偏转质量分析器、脉冲电场偏转质量分析器、扇形磁场能量聚焦质量分析器,环柱形电场质量分析器,并从这些质量分析器中总结出一些带电粒子在电场或磁场中的运动规律。
This paper described a method of charged particle acceleration with the constant momen-tum ,and various mass analyzers by the accelerated method .The method can be widely used as the analysis and detection of mass spectrometry .This accelerated motion can be applied to improve the function of the mass analyzers and design new mass analyzers .This method can be applied in following six mass analyz-ers:(i) high resolution time of flight mass analyzer ;(ii) direction focusing electric sector mass analyzer ;(iii) deflection caused by constant electric field mass analyzer ;(iv) deflection caused by pulse electric field mass analyzer ;(v) energy focusing sector magnetic mass analyzer ;(vi) hollow cylindrical shape of electric field mass analyzer .Some motion law s of charged particles are summarizing by the mass analyzers in elec-tric and magnetic fields .
