摘要
在地质构造复杂区域揭穿具有极软、高突出危险性的厚煤层是矿井安全生产的难点和采掘部署的瓶颈工程,针对福泉煤矿具有该特点的3#煤层,提出了一套探测预报、瓦斯治理和移动屏障的渐进式揭煤技术,并成功应用于曾经发生过煤与瓦斯突出的福泉煤矿+1 234 m水平回风石门的揭煤工程中,为该矿及其他类似条件的矿井石门揭煤提供技术参考。
To drive through the extra-soft thick outburst coal seams in a complicated geological region is a difficult problem insafe production of a mine and a bottleneck for mining deployment. A technology of progressively exposing outburst coal seamsincluding gas detection, prediction and control and the barrier shift was proposed according to the similar characteristics of No. 3seam in this mine, and it was successfully applied in the process of driving through outburst coal seams in return crosscut at+1 234 m level in Fuquan Mine where coal and gas outburst once occurred. This research provided technical references forexposing outburst coal seams in mines with similar conditions.
