Nb47Ti合金棒材超声波探伤异常反射波原因分析

摘要 在对超导用Nb47Ti合金棒材进行超声波探伤检查时,发现棒材多处存在异常反射波现象.通过低倍组织、高倍组织、变形实验、XRE和成分分析等,对异常反射波的原因进行了分析.结果表明,造成棒材超声波探伤杂波异常反射波的根本原因是成分的不均匀、异常反射波区域的Nb元素含量较高、低倍组织存在"亮斑"等,且锻棒经过大变形改锻仍无法消除异常反射波. The abnormal reflection noise was found in ultrasonic inspection on Nb47Ti alloy bar. The formation of the abnormal reflection noise was investigated by macrostructure and microstructure analysis, reforging experiment, XRE and components analysis. The results showed that the fundamental cause of that was the high content of Nb element in local region. The bright fleck in the macrostructure and incomplete recrystallization in the microstructure were easy found. In addition, the abnormal reflection wave was still be found in the reforged bar with large deformation.
