摘要
高校图书馆信息服务的实质是图书馆与用户进行信息交换的互动过程,其信息互动效果直接影响信息服务质量。分析高校信息服务中存在的互动关系,探讨控制及提高信息服务质量的有效方法。
The essence of the information service of university library is the library and user interaction process of the exchange of information. The information interaction effect directly influences the quality of information service. This paper analyzes the interactive relationship existed in the information service of university library, explores the effective way to control and improve the quality of information service.
