摘要
大学生就业竞争力是指大学毕业生初次进入人力资源市场就业过程中所表现出来的综合素质和能力。在当前十分激烈的就业环境下,就业竞争力对大学生的求职来说显得非常重要,但是很多大学毕业生在就业过程中表现出其就业竞争力严重的缺失。如何提升大学生的就业竞争力,是每个大学生必须思考的问题,也是高校就业指导部门工作的重点。当然,这需要从个人、高校和社会三个角度出发,探讨大学生就业竞争力缺失的原因和提升策略。
Employment competitive strength of college students refers to the comprehensive quality andcompetence exhibited when they first come to human resources market. In the present ferocious context, thecompetitive strength is critically important for college job seekers, but college students' competitive strengthseem to be deficient in job hunting. Every college students must take into consideration how to improve theiremployment competitive strength and it is the key work of college employment informative and guidingdepartment. The discussion and investigation into the reason of the deficiency and tactical improvement shouldbe made from the perspective of individual, college and society.
