台湾生物医药产业政策对福建的借鉴研究

Discussion on the Taiwan and Fujian's biomedical industry policy

目的探讨福建生物医药产业发展政策。方法从药物政策视角,对比台湾与福建的财政、金融、法规药物政策工具。结果与结论通过比较分析,本文通过对比分析福建和台湾的生物医药产业政策,福建省应提高对生物医药产业政策的重视,推动形成"政策圈"、转变政府管理理念、拓展融资渠道等,从而大力推动和发展我省的生物医药产业,改变落后的现状。

OBJECTIVE To investigate Fujian biomedical industry development policies.METHODS From drug policy perspective ,Taiwan and Fujian fiscal ,monetary ,regulatory drug policy tool was compared.RESULTS＆amp;CONCLUSION Through a comparative analysis ,this paper analyzed the biomedical industry by comparing the pol-icies of Fujian and Taiwan , Fujian province should increase emphasis on biomedical industry policy to promote the formation of ＆quot;policy circles＆quot;,change the government management philosophy ,expand financing channels ,and so vig-orously promote the development of the biomedical industry in Fujina.
