摘要
目的探索克拉霉素微丸上药包衣工艺改进,以提高克拉霉素微丸收率。方法研究粉末上药、液体上药、附聚上药3种方法对克拉霉素载药微丸收率及上药表面状态的影响。选择不同包衣增重处方,研究包衣增重对微丸收率的影响。结果 3种方法上药,上药次数越多,收率越低;而包衣增重越多,收率越低。液体上药所得载药丸芯表面状态要优于其他两种上药方式。结论要提高克拉霉素微丸收率,须在现有工艺基础上减少上药次数和降低包衣增重。
OBJECTIVE To explore the process of drug-layering and coating in clarithromycin pellets ,in order to improve the yield of clarithromycin pellets.METHODS Solution layering , powder layering , and agglomeration method were used to study the effects of different loading methods on yield and surface state of clarithromycin drug loaded pellets.And the effect of different weight of coating prescription on the yield was also discussed.RESULTS Using different methods on the drug ,the yield of coated pellets was reduced when the weight of coating and the times of loading increased.The loaded pellets on the surface by the solution layering is superior to the pellets by other two methods.CONCLUSION To improve the yield of clarithromycin pellets , we should reduce loading times and re-duce the weight of coating.
