HPLC法测定丹芍康妇丸中人参皂苷Rg_1的含量

Determination of Ginsenoside Rg_1 in Danshaokangfu Pills by HPLC

目的：建立HPLC法测定丹芍康妇丸中人参皂苷Rg1的含量。方法采用HPLC 法，以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂；以乙腈-水为流动相。以乙腈（A）∶水（B）按0～20min A∶B为19％∶81％梯度到40％∶60％；20～25min为40％∶60％进行洗脱；检测波长203nm。理论板数按人参皂苷Rg1计算应不低于5000。结果人参皂苷Rg1对照品浓度在0.495～15.84μg之间与其峰面积呈良好的线性关系，r＝0.9998。加样平均回收率为98.0％，RSD＝1.6％。结论本方法简单，准确，重现性好，可用于丹芍康妇丸中三七含量的测定。

OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for determine ginsenoside Rg 1 in Danshaokangfu Pills.METHODS The HPLC was applied with the condition as follows：column：Merck C18（5μm,150 ×4.6mm）, mobile phase：ACN（ A）∶water（ B） by 0-20 minute A∶B was 19%∶81%to 40%∶60%;20-25 gradient elution was 40%∶60% minutes;（ 19∶81 ）.flow speed：1.0 mL · min-1 , the column temperature was 20℃, detection：203 nm.RESULTS The linear range of ginsenoside Rg 1 was 0.495-15.84μg r=0.9998.The average recovery of ginsenoside Rg 1 was 98.0%,RSD=1.6%.CONCLUSION The method is simple ,accurate and specific ,it can be used for quality control of Danshaokangfu Pills.
