氯吡格雷联合贝那普利治疗早期糖尿病肾病的疗效观察

Curative effect of Clopidogrel combined with Benazepril for early diabetic nephropathy

目的观察氯吡格雷和贝那普利治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法将60例早期2型糖尿病肾病患者分为两组,治疗组给予氯吡格雷联合贝那普利,对照组单用贝那普利,治疗前、后分别检测相关指标。结果两组治疗后的相关指标均较治疗前有改善(P<0.05),治疗组的改善更明显(P<0.05)。结论氯吡格雷联合贝那普利治疗早期糖尿病肾病比单用贝那普利的效果更佳。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the curative effect of Clopidogrel combined with Benazepril in patients with early diabetic nephropathy.METHODS Sixty patients with early type 2 diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into trial group （ n=30 ） and control group （ n=30 ）.The patients in the trial group were provided clopi-dogrel combined with Benazepril ,and those in the control group were given Benazepril only.The related indexes in two groups were observed and compared before and after the treatment.RESULTS The related indexes after the treatment were decreased significantly in two groups （ P〈0.05 ）.The decrease of the related indexes was more sig-nificantly in trial group compared with that in control group （ P〈0.05 ）.CONCLUSION Clopidogrel combined with Benazepril is more effective for patients with early diabetic nephropathy.
