预期情绪在责任冲突情境中对大学生履责意向的影响

Effect of Anticipated Emotion of College Students' Responsibility Intention in Responsibility Conflict Situations

对124名大学生进行情境测验,探讨大学生在不同责任冲突情境中的责任行为意向,以及预期情绪对大学生履责意向的影响。结果发现:双趋冲突中,大学生为己和为他责任倾向差异不大,而在趋避冲突中,大学生担责倾向远高于避责倾向;预期情绪会影响大学生最终的责任抉择,并且预期性后悔对责任行为意向的预测力更大。上述结果对大学生责任意识和责任抉择能力的培养具有启示意义。

Situational tests were had on 124 college students to explore the responsible behavior intention in different conflict situations, and how the anticipated emotion affected the decision making were also examined. And the results showed： In the approach-approach conflict situation, the difference between for themselves and for others were not significant; But in the approach-avoidance conflict situation, the difference between for themselves and for others were significant, and also the results indicated that anticipated emotion would affect decision making, anticipate regret was more effective in predicting responsible behavior.
