社会主义先进文化是马克思主义政党思想精神上的旗帜。中国共产党是中国特色社会主义事业的领导核心,是推进文化改革发展的根本保证。坚持社会主义先进文化前进方向,就是要加强党对文化事业的领导,以马克思主义指导文化工作发展,以文化阵地为壁垒引领文化方向,以提升全民族素质为文化建设着力点;就是要加强和改进党的自身文化建设,提升全党政治理论水平,完善党员思想道德情操,培育党内科学文化素养,积极探索党的自身文化建设与党建理论研究相结合的新路子。

Socialist advanced culture is the ideological and spiritual flag of Marxist party.Communist Party of China is the leading core of the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics and the fundamental guarantee for promoting cultural reform and development.So in order to stick to the forward direction of socialist advanced culture,we must strengthen the leadership of the Communist Party,the culture building of the Party and so on.
