摘要
自由主义思想家以赛亚·伯林在《两种自由概念》一文中,对"消极自由/积极自由"概念进行了著名的区分。社群主义思想重镇查尔·泰勒对伯林这一概念区分,进行了尖锐的批判。在泰勒看来,作为一种政治自由,消极自由不可能不包括"积极的操作"成分。
Liberalism thinker Isaiah Berlin made a famous distinction between negative liberty and positive liberty in Two Concepts of Liberty.Communitarianism thinker Charles Taylor had carried out sharp criticizing on Berlin’s conceptual distinction.He thought that negative liberty must include positive operating components.
