摘要
选取湖南警察学院为调查对象,对公安院校教师发展进行了一次问卷调查,发现教师有迫切需要发展的主观愿望和现实需求,但其心理环境、制度环境、评价环境、培训环境和教学环境并不能完全满足教师的发展诉求,需要进一步优化和构建有利于促进教师发展的多唯生态环境。
Taking Hunan Police Academy as the research object,the study conducts a questionnaire survey to teachers in police colleges.It is indicated that teachers have urgent subjective desire and realistic demand of developing,but the mental,system,assessment, training and teaching environment can not completely meet their demands.It is necessary to further optimize and build a multi-dimension ecological environment to promote teachers’development.
