以“岗课证”融合为导向的《秘书实务》课程改革探讨

On the Curriculum Reform of “Secretary Practice”Oriented by the Integration of “Job-lesson-certificate”

以"岗课证"融合为导向,对文秘专业的核心课程——《秘书实务》的教学内容、教学方法和考核方式等方面进行改革,以期提高文秘专业学生在就业市场上的竞争力,满足企事业单位对秘书人才的岗位技能和发展潜能的双要求。

Oriented by the integration of“job-lesson-certificate”,the study conducts a reform on the core course for secretary ma-jors-“Secretary Practice”from the aspects of teaching content,teaching method and assessment mode,in order to improve students’ competitiveness in the job market and meet the double requirements of enterprises for secretary talents on job skills and development potentials.
