摘要
针对天铁石矿8#300 t/d石灰气烧竖窑窑壳煅烧带局部高温、窑内耐火材料砌体窜气与窜火、休风率高等现象进行了分析。通过对内煅烧带烧嘴部位耐火材料进行优化选材、改善砌筑方式等改造措施,将煅烧带窑壳温度下降至平均温度80℃左右,降低了非正常休风率,保障了生产的稳定顺行。
Analysis is made on the problems of local high temperature at burning zone shell, gas leakage and flame over of refractory castable inside the kiln and high shutdown rate at 300 t/d Gas Fired Lime Kiln 8 of Tiantie Lime Stone Mines. Measures of optimizing refractory selection and improving masonry method at the burner position of burning zone were taken to lower shell temperature at burning zone to about average 80℃, reduce abnormal shutdown rate and ensure the stable running of production.
