摘要
为了满足标准HB5465-90)《航空用GH696合金冷轧薄板标准》中对室温力学性能的较高要求。从冶炼中强化元素Al+Ti的含量控制、时效热处理制度、冷轧变形量等方面对该合金力学性能的影响进行了试验探讨,指出Al+Ti含量越高,GH696冷轧薄板的室温强度越高;在固溶温度不变的情况下,在实际生产中,对时效热处理制度做一定调整,成品的力学性能方可满足标准要求。
GH696 is a kind of age hardening iron-base high temperature alloy, which has high strength and elasticity and has a stable structure under 700℃. In this paper, the effect of content of Al+Ti, aging treatment process, cold deformation on the mechanical properties of this alloy was studied.
