摘要
分析锻件材低倍夹杂出现的原因。通过优化钢水脱氧以及提高脱氧产物的去除率,注重浇注系统的质量以及清洁,可以很好的控制低倍夹杂。
In this paper, the reasons for formation of macro inclusion in forgings were analyzed. By optimizing the deoxidization of molten steel and increasing the removal rate of deoxidization products, improving the quality of pouring system and cleaning, macro inclusion could be controlled to a large degree.
