攀钢集团长特公司在研究分析国内外行动学习培训方法的理论基础上,针对传统培训效果不佳,人才素质与能力不能通过培训有效提升,许多现实问题无法通过培训有效解决等现状,通过探索与实践行动学习法,在增强团队意识、改善心智技能、提高企业绩效等方面取得了显著成效。
The key for enterprise transformation and upgrading is the realization of the transformation and upgrading of enterprise personnels. On the basis of studying and analyzing theory about training method for domestic and international action learning, focusing on current situations which include bad effect of traditional training, personnel quality and ability not to be improved through training, and many practical problems not to be solved effectively through the training and so on, Changcheng Special Steel Company Ltd. explored and practiced the action learning methods, and achieved remarkable results in enhancing the team consciousness, improving mental activity and skills, improving enterprise performance.
