摘要
在一些行业中,由于生产工艺或输送条件的特殊性,需要一些特殊设计的、耐低温的密封产品,采用适合的设计和应用机械密封决定了企业的是否可以长期正常运行装置.在对此类工况条件进行分析上,对密封冲洗方案和结构设计进行对比分析,确定最终密封方案,并以实例应用验证.实践证明,密封性能良好,达到了用户的使用要求,从而保证整个装置的正常运行.
In some industries , due to the special nature of the production process or transporting conditions , some special designed and cold-resistant sealed products are needed .Based on analysis of those kinds of conditions, we compare sealed flushing scheme and structural design to decide which scheme should be chosen , and finally employe some samples to verify the scheme .The practice shows that the scheme we proposed can address user's demand and assure whole machine running smoothly .
