公司“大检修”体系下电网设备状态检测技术技能型人才培养模式的研究与探讨

Research on Technical and Skilled Talents Development for Grid Components State Inspection under Overhaul System

随着国家电网公司"大检修"体系的全面推进与建设,从事电网设备状态检测专业的公司员工的状态检测技能和技术水平面临更高的要求,因此,与之紧密相连的电网设备状态检测高技术高技能人才培养也面临新的挑战。本文从"大检修"模式下电网设备状态检测技术技能型人才培养的需求出发,分析目前电网设备状态检测技术技能型人才培养的现状,总结了在电网设备状态检测高技能人才培养中需注意的问题,明确了电网设备状态检测技术技能型人才培养的目标定位,在实践探索中提出"TSS"培养模式,研究该培养模式下技术技能型人才的培养方法途径,并将研究成果用于指导电网设备状态检测专业技能培训。

With the comprehensive development of State Grid overhaul system,the technical and skilled level of company staff working on state inspection is faced with higher requirements. Then state inspection training for high technical and skilled talent is faced with new challenges. Viewing from the point of talent training demand under overhaul system, this paper analyzes the current situation of state inspection talent training, summarizes some issues need to be noticed in talent training, and clarifies the target location of talent training at the same time. Finally, by practical exploration a type of training mode called ＂TTS＂ is introduced, the cultural methods of technical and skilled talent under this mode is elucidated ,and the research result can＇be directly applied in practice.
