摘要
胀差是影响汽轮机启动速度和机组安全运行的重要参数,研究火电机组典型变工况下胀差的变化则更具有现实意义。本文介绍了胀差产生的原因以及计算公式,分析了300MW汽轮机在运行、装置结构和系统初参数等方面影响胀差的因素,提出了减少胀差的方法及变工况过程中胀差控制的要点。
Expansion-difference is the important parameter of turbine start-up speed and safe operation for unit. The research of the expansion-difference in varying operating conditions of unit has practical significance. The article introduced the reason of differential expansion and computational formula ,through the analysis of the factors in operation, equipment structure and parametric variation of 300MW turbine, offered the methods of reducing the differential expansion and key points of differential expansion control in variable operating conditions of turbine.
