600MWe机组汽轮机三段抽汽管道强度计算浅析

摘要 某电厂采用上海汽轮机有限公司引进西屋技术生产的600MWe超临界汽轮机。自2011年以来,#2机组汽轮机三段抽汽温度逐渐爬升,由设计457.4℃逐渐爬升至520℃,#3高压加热器运行中多次泄漏。通过对汽轮机结构分析和三抽管道强度计算,采取可靠现场处理方案,保证机组安全稳定运行。 A power plant by the Shanghai Steam Turbine Ca, Ltd. imported Westinghouse technology for the production of 600MWe supercritical steam turbine. Since 2011, No.2 unit three stage extraction steam turbine temperature gradually climbing, designed by457.4℃ gradually climbing to 520℃ ,the leakage of No.3 high pressure heater has occurred several times in the operation. Through the calculation of steam turbine structure analysis and three pumping pipeline strength, adopt reliable field treatment plan, and ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit.
