摘要
21世纪的竞争就是人才的竞争,员工素质高低影响着企业的发展,从而也影响企业的竞争实力,而员工培训作为提升人才技能的重要工具,越来越受到企业的重视。但是如何让员工安心参培,如何让学员从培训中受益是作为培训管理者值得深思的问题。随着培训观念的更新,培训管理工作要求越来越高,培训学员管理的内容不断拓展和延伸,培训管理工作面临着新的机遇和挑战,培训学员管理部门要积极思考和探索学员管理新模式和新方法,提升管理水平和管理质量,以期促进培训工作的持续、稳步、健康发展,提升管理实效。
The competition in the twenty-first century is talent competition. Qualities of employees directly affect the development of the enterprise, and influence the competitive power of enterprises. To enhance the skills of personnel of the enterprise, training is regarded as an important tool. How to assure the employees of their participating in training and make them benefit from training is worth pondering. With the training concept updating,training management is facing new challenges. Departments concerned should actively think and explore some new methods and patterns in management to enhance the management level ,to assure training in sustainable, steady and healthy development, and improve management effectiveffess.
