三维稳态快速成像序列在膝关节前交叉韧带MRI检查中的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究三维稳态快速成像序列(3D FIESTA)在膝关节前交叉韧带(ACL)MRI检查中的准确性及可行性。方法:对50例患者的55个外伤膝关节行常规MRI序列(SET1WI,FSEPD/T2WI)和三维稳态快速成像序列扫描。依据MRI图像表现将前交叉韧带损伤分级,比较两种序列对前交叉韧带损伤诊断的准确性。结果:三维稳态快速成像序列诊断前交叉韧带损伤的准确性高于常规MRI序列(SET1WI,FSEPD/T2WI),为89.1%。结论:三维稳态快速成像序列在诊断前交叉韧带损伤方面与常规MRI序列(SET1WI,FSEPD/T2WI)有同等甚至更好的诊断价值,三维稳态快速成像序列MRI准确性高,图像采集时间短,更适合作为外伤后膝关节的MRI常规扫描序列。
