新型高校智库开展协同创新的探索与思考——以浙江师范大学非洲研究院为个案

On Collaborative Innovation by New College-Based Think Tanks:A Case Study of the Institute of African Studies at Zhejiang Normal University

新型高校智库建设面临重要契机。以浙江师范大学非洲研究与中非合作协同创新中心为个案,探讨高校智库开展协同创新的紧迫性和可行性,在现状分析的基础上,提出"服务国家战略,创建互动合作机制"、"服务地方建设,深化校地协同模式"、"服务高校发展,强化多元学科融合"等建议,以期强化高校智库的协同创新,完善智库建设,提升软实力。

The development of the new type of think tanks in colleges and universities is faced with important opportunities .Taking the African Studies and China-African Cooperation＆amp;Collaborative Innovation Center at Zhejiang Normal University as an example , the present study explores the urgency and feasibility of collaborative innovation by college-based think tanks .Based on an analysis of the status quo , it puts forward such suggestions as “serving the national strategy and creating the mechanism of interactive cooperation”,“serving the local construction and perfecting the model of school-community cooperation” and “serving the development of colleges and universities and strengthening the interdisciplinary cooperation ”, in expectation of intensifying the collaborative innovation among college-based think tanks , improving the construction of the think tanks and increasing the soft power of the country .
