高校贫困生资助政策执行满意度研究——基于浙江省14所高校的调查

Satisfaction of Poverty-Stricken College Students with the Implementation of Financial Aid Policies:A Survey among 14 Colleges and Universities in Zhejiang

基于教育政策执行的视角,运用调查问卷对浙江省14所高校1 384名贫困生的资助政策执行满意度状况及影响因素进行调查。结果表明:贫困生对浙江省资助政策的执行状况总体满意度较高;女生对资助政策的总体满意度高于男生;大一和大四的学生对资助政策的执行最为满意;特困生在总体满意度、政策宣传、执行效率和执行过程四个维度上显著高于一般困难生;西部地区的贫困生对于资助政策执行最满意。

The present study , in the perspective of implementation of educational policies , is a survey administered among 1,384 students with financial difficulties from 14 colleges and universities in Zhejiang in an attempt to learn about the overall situation of the students ’ satisfaction with the implementation of financial-aid policies and its influencing factors .Findings show that：1） In general the students maintain a high degree of satisfaction with the policy implementation in Zhejiang;2 ） Female students show a higher degree of overall satisfaction than male students;3） Freshmen and senior students show the highest degree of satisfaction;4） Compared with ordinary impoverished students , those with serious financial problems show significantly higher degrees of satisfaction in overall evaluation , policy publicity , implementation efficiency and implementation process;5） Students from west China show the highest degrees of satisfaction , and 6） Students’ satisfaction is positively correlated to their academic performance .
