全瓷冠和金属烤瓷冠边缘修复效果对比研究

目的探讨全瓷冠和金属烤瓷冠边缘修复对牙体缺损患者的治疗效果,以期为牙体缺损冠桥修复提供参考。方法选取牙体缺损或牙缺失适宜行冠桥修复的患者128例共345颗患牙进行研究,110颗接受镍铬合金烤瓷牙修复,110颗接受贵金属烤瓷牙修复,另125颗接受全瓷冠修复,比较三组牙龈色泽、牙龈指数及边缘适合性。结果牙龈色泽、牙龈指数及边缘适合性比较,镍铬合金组较差,贵金属组次之,全烤瓷组最好。且与贵金属组比较,全烤瓷组牙龈色泽、牙龈指数及边缘适合性均较好,均P<0.05,表示差异有统计学意义。结论全烤瓷牙冠边缘修复能够明显改善患者牙龈色泽,提高牙龈指数,具有较好的边缘适合性。

Objective To explore the efficacy of all - ceramic crowns and metal crowns restoration for patients with dentistry, in order provide reference for the treatment of patients with dentistry. Methods 128 patients with 345 dental defects or missing tooth crowns and bridges were chosed for the study and among which 110 were accepted nickel -chromium alloy porcelain dental restoration, 110 received precious porcelain dental restoration,and the other 125 received all- ceramic crowns,the efficacy of gingival color, gingival index and marginal fit of the three groups were compared. Results The gum color, gingival index and marginal fit of the three group was as follow：the nickel - chromium alloy group was the poorest, the metals group was in the middle and the both were followed by the best porcelain group. And compared with the two groups, the gingival porcelain color, gingival index and marginal fit of the all - ceramic crowns group were all best （ all P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The all - ceramic crowns edge repair could significantly improve gingival color, gingival index and marginal fit.
