MHP36神经干细胞重建神经血管单元在脊髓缺血再灌注中的应用

摘要 脊髓缺血再灌注损伤是一类由多种因素影响、多种机制参与、多个环节递进的复杂的病理过程,目前尚无有效的治疗方法。从神经血管单元整体入手可以共同保护微血管和神经系统,这为脊髓缺血再灌注损伤的保护治疗提供了新的方法和思路。本文对MHP36神经干细胞重建神经血管单元在脊髓缺血再灌注损伤中的应用前景进行评述。 Spinal cord ischemia-reperfusion injury involved a variety of factors and various mechanisms with com- plex pathological process which has no effective treatment currently. The protection of neurovascular unit is most com- prehensive and in-depth method to repair ischemia-reperfusion injury of spinal cord. This therapy may provide new meth- ods and ideas for the treatment of spinal cord ischemia-reperfusion injury. The present review mainly focus on the rela- tionship between neurovascular unit and spinal cord ischemia-reperfusion injury.
