摘要 目的探讨帕金森病(PD)患者血脂含量与帕金森病的关系。方法选择45例帕金森病患者为病例组,另选择年龄、性别、民族与帕金森病组患者相匹配的健康人50例及脑梗死患者50例为对照组。检测帕金森病组及脑梗死组、正常老年人组的血脂含量,比较组间的差异性。结果帕金森病组患者血脂(TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、apoA、apoB)显著低于脑梗死组(CI组)及正常老年组,差异有显著性(均P<0.05);PD组低血脂患者的检出率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论高血脂不是帕金森病的危险因素,低血脂可能与帕金森病的发生有一定关系。 Objective To investigate the relationship between blood fat and Parkinson's disease.Methods 45 patients with Parkinson's disease were chosen as illness group and 50 patients with ischaemic stroke and 50 healthy persons were chosen as control group.we examined the blood fat.Results The blood fat content(TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,apoA and apoB) in Parkinson's disease group was lower than that of the control group (P〈0.05).There was statistical difference between the Parkinson's disease group and healthy persons group.The detection rate of low blood fat in illness group was higher than that of the control group (P〈0.05).Conclusion The high blood fat is not the risk factors of Parkinson's disease.The low blood fat possibly has close relationship to the occurrence of Parkinson's disease.
