The Influence of Traditional Family Culture on the Management Style of Family Businesses

家族企业是比较普遍存在的企业组织形式,在我国的经济发展中起着重要的作用。我国的家族企业管理受到了传统家文化的很大影响。文章详细地阐述了我国家文化的主要特点以及其对家族企业管理风格的影响,最后提出了对家族企业未来发展的几点建议。

Family business is a relatively common form of business organization, which plays an important role in China＇s economic development. The management style of family businesses has been greatly influenced by traditional family culture. This paper describes in detail the main features of family culture in our country and its influence on management style of family businesses and finally, puts forward some suggestions for the future development of the family businesses.
