中西医结合治疗小儿咳嗽变异型哮喘临床研究

Clinical Research on Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of Infantile Cough Variant Asthma

目的:观察中西医结合治疗小儿咳嗽变异型哮喘(CVA)的疗效。方法:110例CVA患儿随机分为治疗组58例和对照组52例。对照组采用雾化吸入布地奈德气雾剂,治疗组采用小柴胡汤配合孟鲁司特钠片治疗,疗程为2周。结果:治疗组有效率为89.66%,对照组有效率为65.38%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小柴胡汤联合孟鲁司特钠片治疗小儿CVA,效果显著,无明显不良反应。

Objective：To observe the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of infantile cough variant asthma（CVA）. Methods：110 cases of children with CVA were randomly divided into the treatment group of 58 cases and the control group of 52 cases. The control group was given inhalation Budesonide Aerosol, and the treatment group was treated with Xi- aochaihu Decoction combined with Montelukast Sodium Tablets,treatment for 2 weeks. Results：The effective rate of the treatment group was 89.66%, the control group was 65.38% , comparison of the two groups showed that the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Xiaochaihu Decoction combined with Montelukast Sodium Tablets treatment of children with CVA has significant effect, no obvious adverse reaction.
