摘要
目的:探讨加味固冲汤治疗无排卵型功能失调性子宫出血(气虚血瘀证)的临床疗效。方法:将120例按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各60例。观察组给予加味固冲汤口服治疗,对照组给予益宫止血口服液治疗。治疗后观察患者子宫内膜厚度、血清Ca2+水平、凝血酶原时间(PT)和部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、血清雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)、经血血清前列腺素E2(PGE2)、前列腺素F2a(PGF2a)、孕激素受体(PR)、子宫内膜雌激素受体(ER)水平,并评价两组的临床疗效。结果:观察组有效率为95.0%,对照组有效率为71.7%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组在子宫内膜厚度、血Ca2+、PT和APTT、E2和P、PGE2和PGF2a、PR和ER水平方面均较治疗前有明显改善,并明显优于对照组治疗后,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味固冲汤治疗无排卵型功能失调性子宫出血(气虚血瘀证)疗效显著。
Objective: To explore the clinical effect of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding treated by flavored Guchong decoction. Methods: 120 cases of patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group( n = 60). The observation group was given flavored Guchong decoction treatment and the control group was given yigong zhixue oral liquid treatment. After treatment,observed patients' endometrial thickness,level of serum Ca2 +,prothrombin time( PT) and activated partial thromboplastin time( APTT),serum estradiol( E2),progesterone( P),menstrual blood serum levels of prostaglandin E2( PGE2),prostaglandin F2a( PGF2a) and endometrial progesterone receptor( PR),estrogen receptor( ER) level and evaluated the clinical curative effect of two groups. Results: The effective rate of the observation group was 95. 0% which obviously higher than that of control group 71. 7%,and the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). After treatment,the endometrial thickness,blood Ca2 +,PT and APTT,E2and P,PGE2and PGF2a,PR and ER level of the observation group was obviously improved than before treatment,and better than that of the control group after treatment,the difference has statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: The clinical effect of anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding( qi deficiency and blood stasis type) treated by flavored Guchong decoction is distinct.
