中西医结合治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病临床研究

Clinical Research on Combined Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of Coronary Atherosclerosis Heart Disease

观察中西医结合治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)的临床疗效。方法:80例冠心病患者随机平均分为对照组和治疗组。对照组给予抗心绞痛基础治疗,治疗组在对照组基础治疗上加用益气活血汤,每日1剂,由许昌市建安医院制剂室制成每袋200 mL的药液,每天2次,每次1袋,早晚饭后温服。2组均以28 d为1个疗程,2个疗程后统计临床疗效。结果:治疗组40例,显效20例,有效12例,无效8例,有效率为80%;对照组40例,显效10例,有效12例,无效18例,有效率为67.5%。两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.017),治疗组明显优于对照组。结论:中西医结合治疗冠心病疗效满意。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of coronary ath- erosclerotic heart disease（CHD）. Methods：80 cases of patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group. The control group was given antianginal foundation treatment, and the treatment group was treated with Chinese medicine prescription yiqi huoxue decoction on the basis of the control group, daily 1 agent, made from department of pharmaceutical preparation in our hospi- tal, each bag of 200 mL of liquids,2 times a day, 1 bag each time,warm-taken decoction after breakfast and dinner. 28 days for a period of treatment in the two groups, statistics clinical efficacy after two courses of treatment. Results ： In the treatment group, 20 cases had marked effective, 12 cases were effective ,8 cases were ineffective, the effective rate was 80% ;in the control group, 10 had marked effec- tive,12 were effective, 18 ineffective, and the effective rate was 67.5%. Comparison of efficiency of the two groups showed that the difference was statistically significant, and the treatment group was better than the control group （P = 0. 017 ）. Conclusion： Combined Chinese and western medicine treatment of coronary heart disease has satisfactory curative effect.
