黄芪注射液联合复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛临床研究

Clinical Study of Astragalus Injection Combined with Compound Danshen Dripping Pills Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease Angina Pectoris

目的:探讨黄芪注射液联合复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:将118例患者按随机数字表法分成治疗组和对照组,各59例。对照组采用黄芪注射液静脉滴注治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用复方丹参滴丸口服治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后心电图变化及心绞痛发作情况,并进行统计学分析。结果:治疗组和对照组改善心绞痛症状的有效率分别为96.6%和78.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者改善心电图表现的有效率分别为91.5%和71.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪注射液静脉滴注联合丹参滴丸口服治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效显著。

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of Astragalus Injection combined with Compound Danshen Dripping Pills in the treatment of angina pectoris. Methods：118 patients with angina pectoris were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,which included 59 cases reepectively, in chronological order. The control group received Astragalus Injection intravenous drip treatment, while the treatment group received Compound Danshen Dripping Pills orally combined with Astragalus Injection. ECG and symptom changes were observed and analyzed in the two groups. Results ： The efficiency in angina symptoms improvement was 96.6% and 78.0% in the treatment group and the control group respectively,and the efficiency in ECG was 91.5% and 71.2% in the treat- ment group and the control group respectively. Both the efficiency differences in ECG and angina symptoms between the two groups were significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：The efficacy of Astragalus Injection intravenous drip combined with Danshen Dripping Pills in treat- ment of angina peetoris is significant,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and electrocardiogram.
