城乡一体化视角下农村公共产品供给问题与对策研究

Problems and Countermeasures of the Rural Public Product Supply from the Perspective of Urban-rural Integration

城乡一体化发展格局对我国新农村的建设,社会主义和谐社会的构建具有重要的战略意义。随着工业化、城镇化和农业现代化的发展,我国已经进入了加快形成城乡经济社会发展一体化格局的关键时期,然而当前我国农村公共产品供给中存在的问题严重制约农村经济社会的发展和阻碍城乡一体化发展的进程。因此,解决农村公共产品供给问题,必须从城乡一体化的视角出发,剖析公共产品供给现状与原因,同时提出了完善公共产品供给机制,提升公共产品供给能力的对策。

The urban-rural integration pattern is of strategic significance for the construction of the socialist new countryside and the harmonious society .With the development of industrialization , urbanization , and agricultural modernization ,China has entered a key period to accelerate the formation of the urban-rural integration pattern . However,the problems existing in the current rural public product supply seriously restrict the rural economic and social development and hinder the process of the urban-rural integration .Therefore, to solve the problems , the present situation and reasons of the public product supply must be analysed from the perspective of urban -rural integration ,and the countermeasures are put forward to perfect the supply mechanism , and enhance the supply ability.
