健全党员能进能出机制研究

A Study of Perfecting the Party Member Entrance- Exit Mechanism

健全党员能进能出机制,是加强党的先进性纯洁性建设,永葆生机活力的重要举措。鉴于当前党员发展和管理工作中存在的主要问题,健全党员进出机制必须从两方面着手:一是要适度控制党员发展规模;二是要提升党员管理手段。近年来,各地从实际情况出发进行了有益的探索,积累了一定经验,无疑对健全党员能进能出机制提供了有益参考。

To perfect the party member entrance - exit mechanism is an important measure for strengthening the advanced nature and purity of the Party and maintaining the Party’s vitality and energy. Considering the main problems in the current work of party member development and management,we must perfect the party member entrance - exit mechanism from two aspects：on the one hand,properly control the scale of party member;and on the other hand,improve the means of party membership management. Recently,some localities have explored in this work according to the actual circumstances,and accumulated some experiences,undoubtedly providing some beneficial references for perfecting the party member entrance - exit mechanism.
