我国煤炭资源开发生态环境影响调查

Investigation of effect of coal resources exploitation on ecological environment in China

研究煤炭资源开发对生态环境影响对我国煤炭行业生态文明建设具有非常重要的意义。依据对国家相关规划、主要产煤省的调研结果,在充分分析我国煤炭资源开发状况、生态环境影响、生态环保措施及效果的基础上,提出了我国煤炭资源开发生态环境影响特点及其制约因素,并为推动我国煤炭资源开发的生态环保工作提出政策建议。

It is important for the building of ecological civilization in coal industry to investigate the effect of coal resources exploi-tation on ecological environment.In the light of the national planning and survey in major coal production provinces,and thor-oughly considering the status of coal resources exploitation in China,the impacts on ecological environment,protection measures the characteristics and factors that restrict coal resources exploitation in China are explored.Some suggestions are proposed in this paper in order to promote the ecological environment protection.
