摘要
民间资本及银行资金源源不断流入房地产行业,投机与炒作盛行,致使我国房价涨升过高。国内楼市存在较大泡沫风险,一旦泡沫破裂,社会危害极大,将加剧经济风险。因此,国内楼市应加快调整及改革,降低楼市泡沫化带来的经济风险。
Due to the excessive grow th of house prices ,private capital and a steady stream of bank funds continuously flow into the real estate industry ,which causes the prevalence of speculation and hype .There is a big risk of bubble in domestic property market .Once the bubble bursts ,it will do great harm to our society ,which will exacerbate the economic risks .Thus ,we should speed up the adjustment and reform in the domestic property market ,and lower the economic risk brought in by property bubble .
