摘要
以微博为代表的新媒体蓬勃发展,微博的聚合与裂变使其迅速成为社会公众舆论焦点的集散地,对微博舆情的引导成为社会管理中的新视域。管理者应转变微博舆情管理理念,提升舆情研判水平;建立微博舆情引导协同反应机制,提高舆情应对能力;精心培育微博意见领袖,营造理性微博的社会氛围。
Nowadays, with the rapid development of the Internet era, microblog on behalf of the new media are growing vigorously. More and more netizens are pay attention to it. microblog has surpassed network BBS(Bulletin Board System) becomes China's second largest source of public opinion. The amplification effect of the network has been known to the public, microblogging aggregation and fission made it quickly become the focus of the public opinion in the distribution center, and guide microblogging public opinion has become a new horizon in social management. If we let the network public opinion indulge fermentation, it is likely lead to a big crisis, how to grasp the public opinion and correct response, then solve the crisis in time has become a new target of social management. Therefore, how to listen to public opinion, make scientific judgments, and how to deal with the "hot potato", is a challenge to the management wisdom, vision and mind.
