长兴县花卉苗木产业提质增效发展战略研究

Study on the Development Strategy of Improving Quality and Increasing Efficiency for Floriculture and Nursery Industry in Changxing County

对长兴县花卉苗木产业的现状进行SWOT分析,针对国内经济和政策强力带动、产业正在经历转型两个机遇以及市场竞争激烈、产业抗风险能力不强两个挑战,提出促进苗木产业提质增效的战略目标及加强政府宏观指导,调整品种结构,培育优势品牌,强化科技的支撑,完善市场营销和提升文化内涵六个战略措施。

This paper uses SWOT analysis method in assessing the current situation of floriculture and nursery industry in Changxing county. Face the two opportunities are strong driven of domestic economic and policy, ongoing transition of the industry itself, while the challenges are intense market competition and weak anti-risk ability. This paper puts forward the strategic objectives of improving quality and increasing efficiency of the industry including strengthening the government＆#39;s macro-guidance, adjusting product structure, cultivating strong brand, strengthening the support of science and technology, improving the marketing and promoting cultural connotation.
