摘要
使用状况评价(POE)是系统描述和评价建成环境的实证性研究方法。以南京石头城遗址公园为例,从公园人性化使用状况方面对城市公共空间进行系统POE研究,并在此基础上提出改进意见,为未来相类似的城市公共空间设计提供依据,使之能够更好地满足使用者需求。
Post Occupancy Evaluation （POE） is an empirical study of the system description and evaluation of built environment. This paper taking Nanjing Stone City Ruins Park as an example, make a POE research of city public space from the humanized using conditions of the park, and put forward improvement suggestions, and then provide the basis for the similar design of city public space in future, so that it can meet the needs of users better.
