动脉自旋标记在小儿中枢神经系统检查中的应用

摘要 动脉自旋标记(ASL)技术是一种利用磁性标记的动脉血作为一种内源性示踪剂,对脑部微血管灌注进行定量测量,与动态对比增强的磁共振灌注成像不同,它无须对比剂,是一种可重复使用且无创的影像学检查手段。动脉自旋标记大体上主要有2种脉冲方式:连续式动脉自旋标记(CASL)和脉冲式动脉自旋标记(PASL)。连续式动脉自旋标记能降低动脉通过时间对灌注的影响,图像信噪比高,但比较难以实际应用,因为目前临床磁共振成像(MRI)系统发射射频的硬件不能提供持久的微型射频(RF)脉冲;而脉冲式动脉自旋标记对设备要求较低,射频能量也较低,但对动脉通过时间敏感,血液标记一致性较差,信噪比也较低。而最近几年出现的准连续式动脉自旋标记(pCASL),则结合了两者的优点,在临床上应用逐渐广泛。
