摘要
以有限元分析软件Ansys Workbench协同仿真平台为工具,对传统的转台结构进行拓扑优化,在拓扑优化结果的基础上提出了一种新型的转台结构,并保守地赋予了板厚。利用Workbench中DM、Mechanical以及DX 3大模块之间的无缝连接,完成了新型转台结构的参数化建模、结构分析和基于神经网络响应面法的优化设计,轻量化效果显著,为相关设计提供了参考。
With the finite element analysis software of Ansys Workbench co-simulation platform as the tool,the topol-ogy optimization is performed for traditional turntable structure.Based on the optimized results,a new-type turntable struc-ture is put forward with thickness of the plate given conservatively.The parametric modeling,structural analysis,and opti-mal design based on neural network response surface method for the new-type turntable structure are completed with the aid of seamless connection among DM,Mechanical,and DX modules in Workbench,showing outstanding weight-reduction effect,providing reference for related designs.
