岸边集装箱起重机能耗测试与分析

Energy-consumption test and analysis for quayside container crane

针对岸边集装箱起重机的能耗问题,选取ZP型65 t岸边集装箱起重机作为测试样机,选用电能质量分析仪作为测试仪器,通过两瓦计法对岸边集装箱起重机的能耗进行系列测试,并基于所得测试数据分析了起重量、升降高度、升降速度、小车移动速度、小车移动距离等主要参数对能耗的影响,可为进一步的节能降耗工作提供参考和依据。

In view of energy-consumption problem in the quayside container crane,the ZP 65 t quayside container crane is taken as the test prototype,and energy quality analyzer as the test instrument to perform serial tests for energy consumption of such crane with the two-wattmeter method. Based on the test data,the effect of hoisting capacity,lifting height,lifting speed,cross travelling movement speed,cross travelling distance,and other major parameters on energy consumption is analyzed,which can provide guidance and basis for further energy conservation and cost reduction.
