门式斗轮堆取料机起升机构链条选型研究

Research on selection of chains of lifting mechanism of gantry bucket-wheel stacker and reclaimer

根据门式斗轮堆取料机起升链传动的特点,提出链传动中最重要但最薄弱的传动部件链条的选型方法。通过分析采用该方法选型的设备链条的使用情况,总结问题产生原因,提出改进措施进而提高运行可靠性。

With reference to the characteristics of lifting chain transmission of gantry bucket-wheel stacker and reclaimer, the paper puts forward selection method for chains at most critical and weakest transmission part. Through analysis for application of the chains selected by this method, the cause of any problem is summarized to propose improved measures, hence to advance the operating reliability.
