摘要
通过对某改造工程的介绍,分析了改造工程两级抗震鉴定方法及空中花园结构设计要点。根据结构概念设计的思路,通过详细的计算验证、有限元分析,证明构件设计的安全性、合理性。同时基于改造工程本身进行多软件的整体抗震比较分析,并作为第二级抗震鉴定的依据,验明新增空中花园对原结构无实质影响,对抗震鉴定不满足的局部进行加固处理的同时,提供详细的施工组织顺序,对其他百米高层改造工程有一定的借鉴意义。
Through a practical project, the renovation project seismic appraisal and sky garden design points are presented. Based on the structure analysis of conceptual design, through detailed calculation, finite element analysis, the safety and rationality are proved. Based on the comparisons of seismic analysis for renovation project by kinds of software, the new adding sky gardens have no significant impact on the original structure. The seismic appraisan methods of renovation project have a certain significance to other projects.
